Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has played down reports that he plans to eat the placenta of his new baby.
The War of the Worlds star was quoted in GQ magazine saying he thought the placenta and umbilical cord would be "very nutritious".
But in a subsequent interview with Diane Sawyer on US television, he made light of the comments.
"Yeah, we're going to do that - a whole family thing. Isn't that normal and natural? No, we're not eating it."

det roliga här är ju inte i sig att tom cruise går ut och säger, på skämt, att han direkt efter att katie holmes har fött deras barn själv ska äta upp katies moderkaka. det roliga är ju snarare att tom cruises flippat ur till den milda grad att folk inte fattar att han skämtar utan tar det på så mycket allvar, för att han är fucking tom cruise, att han i varje intervju efter skämtet hela tiden måste dementera att nej, jag ska inte äta upp min frus moderkaka.
